Our concert on May 3rd at St Monica's Chapel was a great success with an almost capacity audience who were very appreciative. Here we are in our Spring colours at the rehearsal before the concert itself.
We were pleased to be asked to sing at the newly refurbished St Stephen's Church in Central Bristol in December 2023 It was their Carols and Readings event and it was well supported with about 100 of a congregation. We led the singing of the carols and sang a few of our own special Christmas arrangements. The atmosphere was excellent and it was a great start to Christmas for us all.
We are delighted that Andrew Kirk has joined us as our new musical director, who will, with the committee, guide us through the future development of our choir.
We were pleased to receive a letter of thanks from the MNDA association - an extract of which is below. We were then able to send a further sum of nearly £250 following our Summer concert bringing our total donation this season to £649.04. Many thanks to our members and audience for their support.
